Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Actively supervise all program areas when children are present.  Oversee the safety and whereabouts of the children at all times, providing a safe, interactive program.

 

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

 

Proficiency in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Genesis Employee Portal, and Student Information System.

 

EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE

 

Performance of this position will be evaluated annually.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

 

Physical Demands include the ability to move safely in and about the pool area, stand for prolonged periods, bend and lift and/or move up to 75 pounds (with assistance).  Must be able to swim in both shallow and deep water without assistance.  Ability to communicate verbally, and in writing via technology devices or handwritten correspondence.  The physical demands described in this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

 

Hourly; as scheduled.  Hourly rate determined by the Board of Education and is based on experience.
